Short-Term Running Goals:
Stay healthy and build base. No hard racing in 2014 until after Cardiologist checkup in Sept.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Improve age bracket rank.
Married with three kids. I run easy, pain free, and thank God for allowing me.
8.8 miles easy jogging, then mowed the lawn right after.
