Recover from pacemaker implant (Jul-2016) and build back endurance.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run a race while completely healthy.
Married, three children, and a dog.

Slugged out 6.5 miles before work. Sweaty mess afterward. Walked one hill so I'm making some progress.
Tough 7 miles during lunch. Had to walk several sections, but got it done.
5 miles outside in perfect weather. Stopped to walk once.
30 minutes of swimming after work. Didn't go very far and was wiped out at the end. Felt really good.
Took an easy 5 mile bike ride with our youngest before dinner.
2 miles on the treadmill followed by strength training.
