Recover From Injury
Marathon PR - 3:05 (3:06 at Boston)
Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Come back from pacemaker implant (Jul-2016) and other newbie injuries that might pop up again. A lot of trial and error.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Improve aerobic endurance and maintain strength.
Not sure if I can race long distance again, but going to try anyway.
Married with children, and a fluffy little dog.
