Recover, stay healthy, and build base. No hard racing in 2014.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Improve age bracket rank (40-45). Run a handful of races every year with one being a marathon. However, goals unknown at this point due to Bradycardia related symptoms.
Working family man with three kids. Started running more often in 2007 for weight loss and stress relief. I've been on the injured reserve list too many times to count but now run easy, pain free and thank God for allowing me.
