Sub 1:35 in half marathon.  Then might consider taking a shot at full marathon again.

Personal:

I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties.  Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation.  It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again.  Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Easy 20 mi run by myself over a course with several long hills.  I ran an out and back so I hit the same long steep hills through out the entire run.  Legs were fatigued and felt sluggish on the hills at the end.  I could also tell my feet aren't use to the sidewalks, but my shoes are getting up there in miles.

Great job on the 20 miler. Running these in Jan just seems awesome to me.

Thanks Jim. I was going to run it with a group, but I had to get an early start because the Mrs. had a schedule. You know how that goes!!
