Have to love the Treadmill. Nice long run yesterday. Getting a good aerobic base is important. How was the weather today? How do you feel after the trail run yesterday?

Hi Kory! Not feeling too bad, I was a little light headed today because I don't think I refueled enough after the run before bed last night. My left calf was a little sore today, so I went on the mill because I found it easier on the calves (just have to pick up your foot) plus the cushioning benefits. I'm going against the grain this time around and sticking with mostly endurance running until the race. It just felt like an injury was always coming on so I backed way off and am just on cruise control because I want to run Boston healthy. I feel confident without the speed work though because my endurance has improved substantially and endurance has been my bug-ga-boo in previous races. Regardless of race time I'm setting a great base for a fall marathon.
