Recover From Injury
Marathon PR - 3:05 (3:06 at Boston)
Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Come back from pacemaker surgery. Improve consistency and build aerobic base.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Sub 3 marathon.
Married with children, and a fluffy little dog.

AM - Treadmill 6 miles before work (9:25/mi). Started out feeling terrible so took a quick break and resumed run feeling much better.
