Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 1:35 in half marathon.  Then might consider taking a shot at full marathon again.

Personal:

I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties.  Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation.  It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again.  Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Glad to hear your daughter's feeling better and everyone else is well.

Thanks Dave. I hope all is well with you these days. Hey, can you believe the big hunting seasons are quickly approaching? Man, where does the time go?

It's crazy how fast the time goes. I already spent a bunch of last month chasing elk around with the bow. Our gun season for deer starts Saturday and my son will be old enough to hunt for his first time. He's exited. Are you getting out this year?

You bet, try to get out for some birds and deer. Bow hunting Elk sounds like a blast.
