Sub 1:35 in half marathon.  Then might consider taking a shot at full marathon again.

Personal:

I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties.  Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation.  It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again.  Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Easy run of 10 mi (8:07 avg).  Definitely felt like fall this morning with temp of 38.  I thought about all kinds of stuff this morning.  I thought about my parents (both deceased), changing careers (burned out on the capital markets), running schedule over the winter, and last night's episode of "My Big Redneck Wedding".  Quite the combo.

Nice training. Hope pondering on Redneck Wedding lead to the epiphany you are looking for.

Thanks. No epiphany, just a lot of ups and downs. That is a very funny show though.

That is a great benefit of running...the mind gets to run as well and work on lots of other aspects of your life.

Markets yesterday...wow, 11% up!
