Marathon PR - 3:05 (3:06 at Boston)
Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Make a come back from setbacks and build aerobic base. Pacemaker implant for Symptomatic Bradycardia in 2016. Cardiac ablation for SVT in 2019.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Lose about 50-60 lbs. and maybe complete another marathon.
Enjoy doing stuff I wasn't built to do. Married with children, and two fluffy dogs.

Slow and easy run. Legs were stiff after mile 9.
Another 10 mi before work.
10.2 mi before work, in the dark the whole way
7.4 mi during lunch hour, legs were stiffer, but managed a faster pace
Hills program on the TM during lunch hour. Slowly built up pace first 30 minutes and then 5 x 1-2 minute climbs at 6-10dg during each 5 minute segment. Progressively faster pace down to 10K last 5 minutes.
Morning 9.25 mi - Easy general aerobic jog in the dark
Afternoon 6.85 mi - Easy jog, rich food last night not agreeing with me today, tummy pains.
Afternoon run a bit faster than normal so not "easy" perse.
Ran while Emma had basketball practice. Done in 1:16.
Lunch hour run just after the rain.
