Sub 1:35 in half marathon.  Then might consider taking a shot at full marathon again.

Personal:

I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties.  Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation.  It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again.  Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Hope you had fun in Disney! I meant to comment earlier, but then got side tracked, as tends to happen! It seems like the heat came on suddenly, except when you think that these temps are actually the norm this time of year!

So hard to get up earlier for a run, but sure better than at noon on days like today.

Morning are cooler, but also more humid. Ahh, summer.

What doesn't destroy you just makes you sick.

But seriously I started using a treadmill in the afternoons vs the heat. And I don't even live in high humidity like the midwest where you are at. Makes a huge difference in recovery time for me at least. Just a thought as I'm not sure what your feelings on treadmills are.
