Snowing outside so I did these on ye old mill. I don't mind the mill, but it can get really tough when bumping up the incline. I read that Michael Wardian trains on the mill by going to a 15% incline and running hard for 50 minutes.
The Mrs. was out of town this weekend so I stayed indoors and ran my miles on the mill again. Mixed it up with progressive pacing and incline. Sweating like crazy afterward. Now time to hangout with my daughters.
