Marathon PR - 3:05 (3:06 at Boston)
Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Improve consistency and build aerobic base. Pacemaker implant in 2016 for Symptomatic Bradycardia.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Lose about 50-60 lbs. and sub 3 marathon.
Married with children, and two fluffy dogs.

3.25 miles on the treadmill.
5 miles on the treadmill during lunch break. Cold out.
8.0 miles on the treadmill before work. Need to do this everyday as I feel so much better afterward. Too cold to go outside.
5.0 miles on the treadski again. Love it!
5 miles on the mill during lunch.
5 miles again on the mill.
11 miles on da millski with hope that it's warmer this week.
