Marathon PR - 3:05 (3:06 at Boston)
Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Make a come back from setbacks and build aerobic base. Pacemaker implant for Symptomatic Bradycardia in 2016. Cardiac ablation for SVT in 2019.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Lose about 50-60 lbs. and maybe complete another marathon.
Enjoy doing stuff I wasn't built to do. Married with children, and two fluffy dogs.

8 miles + 5 miles
All completed on the treadmill again due to very cold and icy conditions.
On the treadmill during lunch break. Still really cold and slippery outside.
7 miles + 5 miles
All easy even paced miles on the treadmill. Second run was slow progression with fast last 5 minutes. Just trying to build some more consistency.
Outside finally during lunch. A mental victory because I really wanted to blow off the run due to a later start and growling stomach.
