Marathon PR - 3:05 (3:06 at Boston)

Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Improve consistency and build aerobic base. Pacemaker implant in 2016 for Symptomatic Bradycardia.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Lose about 50-60 lbs. and sub 3 marathon.

Personal:

Married with children, and two fluffy dogs.

Another beauty of a day for a run.  Completed 12 easy with the last mile progressively faster.  Feeling ok for the most part.  I wish classes were over.

Started out with some aches and a lighthead.  I ate some pretzels before heading out and doing that always seem to lead to a lighthead and sugar level drag.  Anyway, I stopped at the half way mark to catch my wits and then gradually felt better during the return.
