Marathon PR - 3:05 (3:06 at Boston)
Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Make a come back from setbacks and build aerobic base. Pacemaker implant for Symptomatic Bradycardia in 2016. Cardiac ablation for SVT in 2019.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Lose about 50-60 lbs. and maybe complete another marathon.
Enjoy doing stuff I wasn't built to do. Married with children, and two fluffy dogs.

FiveFingers run + skipping rope + strength training
10 mi - Before work, felt crummy first 5 miles and wanted to shut it down. A short walk turned everything around.
10 mi - Before work, alternated fast running with walking breaks.
2 mi - Lunch hour workout, 30 minutes on TM alternating hiking at max incline and jogging, followed by strength training.
10 mi - Went into work early so I could take a longer lunch for a run. Still didn't feel right about taking a long lunch to get this done though.
