Marathon PR - 3:05 (3:06 at Boston)
Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Make a come back from setbacks and build aerobic base. Pacemaker implant for Symptomatic Bradycardia in 2016. Cardiac ablation for SVT in 2019.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Lose about 50-60 lbs. and maybe complete another marathon.
Enjoy doing stuff I wasn't built to do. Married with children, and two fluffy dogs.

3.8 miles outside during lunch (9:00/mi).
Strength training after work.
8.9 miles outside before work, legs were heavy this morning (9:19/mi).
8 miles outside before work, legs were in decent shape considering strength training session yesterday (9:24/mi).
Legs are sore so playing it safe with rest.
7.7 miles outside before work (9:13/mi). Legs are still sore but feeling more mobile today.
12 miles in the morning (9:38/mi).
