All done super easy. Legs were tired from weights yesterday.

Really enjoying the miles today.  Low stress and no pace keeping.  Hamstrings are still sore from weights on Sunday, but don't feel them while running.  Did a couple of sets of weights after today's second run.

Glorious day for a run.  Feels like I'm making progress everyday, but weather has been really good and temps are cool.

Slow and easy with some pickups whenever I felt really good.  Bodyweight is knocking on the door to 180s.

Tough run, jog, shuffle, and walk. knew I was in for it with the combination of higher volume this week and a dew-point at 70 this morning. I just can't handle high humidity because of my body size and sweat rate. Plus in a sleepy stupor I forgot to carry water. Dumb mistake and dangerous as I lost 7-8 lbs of water weight or more than 3.5% of my total bodyweight during this run. I simply had to incorporate walk breaks during last 45 minutes.
