Marathon PR - 3:05 (3:06 at Boston)
Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Improve consistency and build aerobic base. Pacemaker implant in 2016 for Symptomatic Bradycardia.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Lose about 50-60 lbs. and sub 3 marathon.
Married with children, and two fluffy dogs.
Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? 1 Cor. 1:20

Due to my injury I just did a run and walk combo for 60 min on the treadmill this morning before church. During the walking portions I cranked the incline to 15 and walked 4.1 mph. Good workout.
Same thing as yesterday, but had to walk more often. Once again put the incline at 15 and walked 4.2 mph (more like hiking). Then did some strength training.
2 easy sets of 15 min run and bike brick for 1 hr. workout. Then followed by strength training.
Did another run and bike combo. Knee still gets stiff, but making some progress. Followed up with some rolling.
Run & Walk combo and then strength training.
