Tough run, jog, shuffle, and walk. knew I was in for it with the combination of higher volume this week and a dew-point at 70 this morning. I just can't handle high humidity because of my body size and sweat rate. Plus in a sleepy stupor I forgot to carry water. Dumb mistake and dangerous as I lost 7-8 lbs of water weight or more than 3.5% of my total bodyweight during this run. I simply had to incorporate walk breaks during last 45 minutes.
