Marathon PR - 3:05 (3:06 at Boston)
Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Improve consistency and build aerobic base. Pacemaker implant in 2016 for Symptomatic Bradycardia.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Lose about 50-60 lbs. and sub 3 marathon.
Married with children, and two fluffy dogs.

7.7 miles before work (9:34/mi). Restart training after traveling on business and then feeling ill for several days after DTaP booster shot last Friday.
Strength training day.
7.6 miles in the morning (9:23/mi).
8.6 miles before work (9:13/mi).
7 miles before work (9:15/mi) with the song "Squeeze Box" by The Who going through my head the entire time.
12 miles, nearly perfect morning (9:23/mi). Not bad for overweight 47 year old.
