Marathon PR - 3:05 (3:06 at Boston)
Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Improve consistency and build aerobic base. Pacemaker implant in 2016 for Symptomatic Bradycardia. Cardiac ablation in 2019 for SVT.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Lose about 50-60 lbs. and maybe complete a marathon.
Just doing stuff I wasn't built to do. Married with children, and two fluffy dogs.

Feeling really good after taking a couple days off from running. Overdoing the heavy weight training last week forced me to take a break. Need to cut back on sets.

Hot runs. Legs are a bit sore from weights again. Faster finish on second run.

The usual, just a whole lot more sweat. Hamstrings are slowly feeling better. Still experimenting to find right level of weight training.

Some very sweaty miles again. I thought about running the Route 66 10k tomorrow, which I've ran before, but not feeling like I'm ready to run hard for that long so staying home.
