Marathon PR - 3:05 (3:06 at Boston)
Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Improve consistency and build aerobic base. Pacemaker implant in 2016 for Symptomatic Bradycardia.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Lose about 50-60 lbs. and sub 3 marathon.
Married with children, and two fluffy dogs.

10 mi all done at EP (9:07/mi).
6.4 mi morning, legs stiff from strength training.
3.6 mi afternoon, last 0.5 mi at MP.
5.2 mi in the early morning, sore legs from strength training.
6 mi before work, feeling a little better (8:52/mi).
5 mi after work, muggy buggy fest!
8.8 mi total struggle to maintain pace, very humid
