AM: Slow run of 5.5 mi (8:25 avg) + Strength training. Just keep plugging away. I'll try to get a run in over lunch. I still need to get into a better stretch routine as I can feels things getting tighter.
PM: Brisk run of 8 mi (7:31 avg). Cloudy and windy. Great day to run in the woods. Temps are falling and snow is a coming!! I should have put up the Christmas lights yesterday.
